This app requires IOS 4.0. CLIPS MESSENGER will run on iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 3G or iPod touch 3rd generation ONLY. It will not run on an iPad, but only because the iPad lacks a camera / video capture. On the iPhone 3G video capture and editing is not available at this time.
