The app requires the purchase or access to the Cloud Server Mac app available on the Mac App Store to work properly.
The end user is not required to make any purchases, though he might need to ask his system administrator for an account.
If you are the administrator, please go to the Mac App Store, purchase and configure Cloud Server application to be able to sign in to this app.
