CLMeeting was designed and developed to help all those who have the responsibility in their congregation to manage the Theocratic School programs of serving as Life and Ministry Meeting overseer, Coordinator od the Body of Elders, the Meeting Chairmans and Auxiliary Counselor.

- You will have the ability to record the assignments of all members of the congregation who perform parts at the midweek meeting.
- You can immediately view the weeks of the month with the various parts of the Guide scheduled.
- You will be able to share students' exercises with a simple click, in electronic format via social media or emails.
- You can share the program for a specific week or convert it to PDF format and print it.
- During the meeting, you can simultaneously calculate both the overall meeting time and the specific time of each part.
- You will have the possibility to write notes and notes for each part and in the iPad devices you will be able to use the Apple Pencil to transcribe the notes.
