ClubiO Mobile

ClubiO Mobile application for end users of the ClubiO Club Management Platform. The application keeps employee's in sync with their respective schedules. The system also provides a means [via CoverMe] to post their scheduled shifts when coverage is needed. CoverMe lists these open shifts in the application for adoption by other qualified employees.

The system provides several [watchlists] that are cleared daily. The [watchlists] keep active shift employees abreast of anomalies that could cause operational inefficiencies and compliance issues with state laws.

The mobile application is a secondary means for employees to check-in when they arrive at work. The primary would be an on-site kiosk.

The most critical application function is the mobile check-in, but the application handles a lot of ancillary internal operations as well. The information supplied at check-in is used in mandatory state law enforcement for organizations that serve alcohol.
