The Insight survey application is a powerful mobile solution for performing customer insight data collection. Online or offline this app gives css organisations "anywhere, anytime" access to critical surveys and data, while providing survey generated management feedback for improving service provision.

From your iPad you can:-

- View and execute surveys with customers or employees
- Save and store survey data locally on the device while offline
- Synchronise customer data automatically when online

Note: The Insight Survey application requires an account within the cmetrix reporting system.

This app is ideal for Kiosk style feedback as well as floor walkers and handheld customer surveys.
