PK-EMS app has many interesting and user-friendly features.

PK-EMS app enables users to access their energy data pre-fed to us via the utility billing portal and the bills processed for you.

Alternately Users can access the mobile interface to view a report summary and to trigger an email download or FTP delivery all with a few taps on your phone.

Want to set-up/assign tasks?

“Calls to” feature enables you to set a reminder about an account/meter/location related task. It also allows you to assign tasks to the user.

Do you need to review if a task was completed?

“Alerts and notification” feature let you review any “Calls to” action that needs a response and archive them as well.

Messages that you have received from other users appear in the “Alerts and notification”.

Review Exceptions, manage and follow up PK-Ems app does it all.

The PK-EMS app will show all the exceptions raised on the bills sent to be processed. Upon receiving an exception, the user can choose to resolve them or probe with additional questions.
