Coaching to Shine

Coaching to SHINE is a versatile and easy to use app to help you coach yourself to your version of success and happiness.

Coaching in its most basic form is a conversation between two people, the coach and the client, yet when you have the right questions and mindset, it is possible to coach yourself. The Coaching to SHINE app is just that - a set of questions you can use in a coaching conversation with yourself.

The app is based on my coaching model, SHINE, and the app will take you through the 5 steps - Success, Happiness, Important, Next Steps, Energy - with a short video explaining each step. There is a focus question with each step followed by some coaching questions to help you work out what success looks like to you, how it is going to make you happy, why it is important to you and what you can do about it.

It can be used in your personal or professional life and for lots of different things. It can be used on a daily or weekly basis, or for a longer term project or goal.

The beauty of this app is that you can use it for anything and can revisit the model time and time again, as many times as you like for just one small download fee.
