They are able to get driving directions to each location that takes into account traffic conditions and other factors. Drivers are tracked in real time to allow customers and managers to see the estimated time of arrival. Drivers are also able to view full job details and update the progress of the job. As drivers pick up and deliver goods they are able to take textual notes, capture photographs and client signatures as Proof of Pickup (POP) and Proof of Delivery (POD). As new jobs get assigned to drivers they will receive notifications on their phone in real-time.
