COINS Construction Cloud Project and Operation Productivity apps enable your construction business to reduce costs and boost quality and help with crucial, time-sensitive decisions throughout the construction lifecycle. They comprise a wide range o/f solutions designed to digitise, streamline and connect site-based construction project management and operations processes to the back office. Currently included are Task Management, Time Collection, Issue Management, Checklist, Call-Offs and Expenses.

Task Management – Track and manage the tasks generated by COINS applications and workflows. As a result, you can better monitor and reduce the time it takes to process tasks.

Time Collection - Collect and process time entries for construction work. This will help reduce duplication and streamline and automate the time collection and payroll processes.

Issue Management – Log and resolve site issues including punch list items, defects, etc. This both reduces the time spent and enhances the reliability of issue management on site. It also helps ensure that financial risks are reduced through a seamless connection to the back-office.

Checklist – Set up and use site checklists for quality, safety and other requirements. Give your users the ability to enhance the quality, safety and productivity of projects through implementation of site checklists.

Call-Offs – Issue and track call-off orders or blanket orders for goods that have multiple delivery dates during the construction process. This enhances site purchasing processes by enabling immediate access to the order log.

Expenses – Record expense claims and submit expense reports while on site. This reduces the time it takes to collect, claim and accurately pay workforce expenses.
