Colleago is a real-time work availability and shift booking app which allows you to share your work availability with your employers and managers to improve your potential to pick up more shifts. You no longer need to use email or messaging platforms – just use Colleago.

It is great for anyone that works part-time or casual.

It is simple:

Download the app, create a quick profile

Add your manager(s),

Toggle when you can work and select ‘share’.

They will instantly receive email with your availability, and you’ll improve your chance to pick up more work.

If your place(s) of employment also use Colleago, they can easily notify you via the app of available shifts, which you can accept or decline via the App. A great dashboard lists all the important details.


For employers

The Colleago App is a great extension of the Web App so it is also great for employers that need a smarter and faster way to determine when their suitable employees are available to take on your shifts.

When you create employer account via our website, simply add employee types (titles), add all your employees, and Colleago will invite them to download the app. If they are already using Colleago, your company will be automatically connect to them. It is that simple!

When a shift comes up, all you need to do is create a shift request and Colleago will show you your employees that are available. Simply select some or all and share.

Selected employees receive an invite which they can accept or decline. Once a shift has been accepted you will receive confirmation and so does the employee. Those that miss out will also be advised.

Better engage your employees, avoid double booking, confusion, unfilled shifts and time wasted.

Great for businesses that are wasting time trying to find available staff and need a dedicated, secure and direct link to their employees. It includes a great management dashboard, reporting and a host of features.
