Companion app for Screenable

This is the Screenable *kid app* to put on kids' devices! ◆◆ Parents, if you're just getting started with Screenable, make sure to download the parent app instead (see instructions below).

▶ HOW TO GET STARTED:

1. Parents – download the parent app (it's called "Screenable: Better Screen Time") on your own device.
2. Set up a new kid profile.
3. During that process you'll install this app on their devices. (Currently we support kids’ iPhones & iPads.)

At Screenable, we believe in building kids’ self-control, NOT emphasizing parental controls. When we make decisions for our kids, they’re not learning for themselves.

Parental controls (like Apple’s) haven’t changed much in 30 years. They were built to block kids from spending too much time on their devices or from bad people/content online. They come from an old-school, “authoritarian” generation of parenting, where parents made decisions for their kids and expected obedience.
