Compass by Golden Path

What is it about?

Compass is a new tool designed to help students use their school experiences to determine their skills and match them to recommended careers, employers, and work-based learning opportunities, helping them discover their future paths. The mobile application allows students to update their profiles (adding classes, activities, hobbies, and personality assessments) from the ease of their mobile phones. They can view new opportunities from employers, including Career Profiles, tuition reimbursement programs, and work-based learning opportunities available while students are still in school. The Compass app also enables students to mark opportunities they want to learn more about. School administrators can use notifications to stay in touch with students and notifications also alert students to new opportunities and updates to their applications. Students can customize their notification preferences to receive notifications immediately, on a schedule, or not at all. The Compass mobile application works in tandem with Compass on the web.
