The author has zero tolerance for people smoking cigarettes at the void decks when there is a regulation to ban cigarette smoking. The author is positive that other users in Singapore has other grievances that they wished that they could surface.

This is a completely free app that is supported by advertisements and it offers discreet no preview video and photo taking. Just turn off the sound of your device when you use it.
