The Concha Labs app is only compatible with Concha Sol™ Hearing Aids.

If you wear Concha Sol™ hearing aids, you can use the Concha Labs app to control and personalize your hearing aid settings directly from your phone. With our patented technology called SoundscopeⓇ, you can fine tune your hearing settings to your individual preferences. As you create sound profiles customized to the sounds at your workplace, favorite restaurants, and other places, you can save them to your library. You can toggle between these pre-saved profiles and create a new one any time you’d like, giving you the power to personalize the way you hear, no matter where you are.

In addition to creating sound profiles with our app, you can also:
• Adjust the volume of your Concha Sol™ Hearing Aids
• Check the battery level
• Make changes to the sound profile settings of your device

With our Concha Sol™ Hearing Aids and app, you will have the ability to manage your hearing aids from your phone. This could mean less trips to the clinic to have your device settings changed, which could save you time, money for copays, and frustration.

• Manually adjust the volume or mute your hearing aids.
• Manage your comfortable listening level, volume, and clearness with each individual sound profile.
• Use the visual battery-life tracker with notifications to monitor the level of your device.

HOW SOUNDSCOPEⓇ WORKS
• With hearing loss, improving the perception of speech is important. Your sound profiles are created from spoken sentences, creating reliable settings that allow you to understand every part of every sentence in conversations.
• Each person hears differently across low to high frequencies, with inputs of soft to loud volumes, and hearing can also change based on circumstances. SoundscopeⓇ takes these factors into account when personalizing your sound profiles.

Concha Labs has won awards from the AARP AgeTech Collaborative, UCSF Rosenman Institute, StartX, SkyDeck, and received Sara Blakely’s Red Backpack Fund startup award. We’ve received a grant from the National Science Foundation as well.

Notably, we've won UCSF Rosenman Institute's Innovator and RISE Awards, and were 2023 Pepperdine Graziadio Most Fundable Companies semi-finalists.

We were also a finalist for the Rising Star track in the Consumer Wellness category, hosted by the Digital Health Hub Foundation.

Recently, Concha Labs was one of five winners in the 2024 Eureka Park Accessibility Contest, earning a coveted CES 2024 booth amidst stiff competition with thousands of applicants to the Consumer Technology Association.

The Concha Sol™ Hearing Aids are intended to amplify sound for individuals 18 years and older with perceived mild to moderate hearing impairment. They are adjusted by the user to meet the user’s hearing needs. No pre-programming or hearing test is necessary. The device is intended for use without the assistance of a hearing care professional. Amplification of sound is the method in which our product treats the disease state. Mild to moderate hearing impairment is the disease state that the product addresses.
