Changi T-App under the CAG Reserve & Collect Mini Program provides the following services and management functions:
[Product Management] - Easily create products and publish them onto the CAG Reserve & Collect Chatroom using a one-click interface to provide customers with a convenient shopping experience
[Order Notification] – Receive notifications in real-time when customers place an order
[Order Fulfillment] – After the customer places the order, our Shopping Concierge will guide customer to pick up the goods in-store and assist them to complete the collection via scanning the Collection QR code
[Transaction Management] – Tenants can easily access transaction records and accurately track the daily sales
