Your customer, without registration, can reach your agent on browser through a 2ConnectMe's URL link which you can create a live chat button on your websites or directly paste it on your social media such as Youtube or Facebook. Your customer will be prompted a Contact Form with their filled questions to call your agent mobile device.

Developer can build an sophisticated contact center platform supporting website (Sticky Chat button on webpage), paper advertisement (QR Code of Chat Room), Complicated customer chat assignments can be configured through just a few simple clicks on the settings.

Marketing manager can create a live chat button on the email marketing campaign. 2ConnectMe is a NO CODE platform suitable for business executive without technical knowledge. Native integration with common email tools such as MailChimp, Microsoft Outlook, Gmail and Mac Mail.


HOW IT WORKS
Registration
1. Spend 2 minutes for registration with your email address. Every email address can be registered once only.
2. After email address validation, the chat room address for text chat (contact form), voice chat and video chat will be sent to your registered email address.

Ready to serve you
3. Then, the chat room is ready immediately. You logon this App or through a Browser (https://2connectme.com/agentLogon.html). You are ready for chats from anonymous customer who clicks the chat room address.

4. To ensure you receive alert notifications for new incoming chat, you have to keep this App running in the background and Agent mode at "Waiting for Anonymous Chatl".

Advanced Users
5. The Contact Form and Chat Room can be fully customised such as color theme, text fields, buttons for text chat, voice, video call & screen share.
6. For developer, setup different skill based chat rooms and assignment of chat rooms to new agents.

Payment Term
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
