You could also set daily or weekly tasks, so not only are you now more productive than ever, but you've also engraved a routine, a structure, a sense of discipline in your brand new lifestyle.

The end goal of Conquer is to make better human beings, that's why Conquer also comes with a built-in journal so that you can reflect on your thoughts in a more permanent, deep way. The journal also requires you to set a To-Be list, which consists of attributes that you would like to see in your future self and review on a weekly or daily basis, and with the rating system, you can also get an analytical insight on your happiness over a period of time.
