Contact K1 Corp is a new free app for the iPod, iPhone and iPad designed to supplement and/or replace the current methods K1Corp customers, prospective customers and partners have for contacting K1Corp. That is, phone, email and web forms. The new app supports inquiries to any K1Corp department about any topic. The inquirer can lodge support calls, inquire about product features, request pricing information, ask about training courses or consultancy and basically direct any inquiry to any K1Corp department about any topic. This is all about using the power and ease of use of the iPod, iPhone or iPad to make it as easy as possible and as convenient as possible for customers, prospective customers and partners to open a dialogue with K1Corp.
