● Dynamic Modules - Integrates all CRM modules dynamically in the app based on backend configuration. Layout i.e. the fields to be included for Edit, Detail and List view of the modules can be configured from the back end. Based on this selection, respective modules will be loaded when the user logs in.

● Interactive Dashboard - Utilities on Dashboard helps to quickly access important shortcuts that would matter the most with our Mobile CRM App. View different dashlets like sales pipeline, opportunity pipeline, history, open cases, today’s activities and much more. You can change the order of dashlets for dashboard.

● Quick Filters - Users can now create custom filters and add them on dashboard for quick accessibility of most important records.

● Check-in to Events – Check-in/Check-out to meetings, tasks, calls and record your activity. Add comments, multiple attachments, or take notes while you checkout. Edit entries and admin can approve or delete manual entries as well. Also view checked in events on home screen for easy redirection.

● Alerts for Overdue Activities - Get alerts for overdue Tasks, Calls, Meetings, and Follow-Ups for easy management.

● Nearby Search - Find your customers or prospects in your proximity using “Nearby Search” feature. Get weather updates of the map route and destinations.

● Activity Stream - Get real-time updates on changes made to the records, new posts, comments and previews added to the posts.

● Attachments - Capture live image, record voice notes, get e-signatures or attach documents.

● Follow-ups - Follow-up on your prospects by creating follow-up records and setting reminders.

● Lead Conversion - As leads mature, convert them into Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Calls, Meetings, Tasks or Notes.

● Messaging - Compose and send messages using inbuilt SMS feature of Contact Pro or via WhatsApp. You can also select any of the existing SMS template for easy communications.

● Email Support – Compose email from the app directly and share quotes and invoices to your customers via email from Contact Pro.

● Add to Target Lists - Select single or multiple records from Account, Contact, Target, and Lead modules to add them to the existing target lists.

● Offline Support - Sync all modules in advance to access data while offline with the mobile application.

● Offline Sync Monitor - Sync all your offline records together or sync them based on modules, monitor records being synced along with their stats from the offline sync monitor. You can sync all the offline updated records with auto sync option.
