The app is specific to California Real Estate agents and setting up a transaction is easy.

To use Contingency Minder:

• Tap on the +Add Transaction bar at the bottom of the home screen (Escrows)

• Enter the property address

• Choose the contract date of acceptance

• Confirm the days allowed for each contract item

• Change or remove any item not applicable

• Next, the app will generate the results of the date calculations and also link email reminders from your mail app

• To send the contract milestones to an email recipient via your mail app go to the Transaction screen and tap on the 3 small buttons on the upper right corner of the screen

• Once you’ve completed a transaction you can delete it by going to the first screen, swipe left on the property address you want to delete and then tap the trash icon

The application has Auto renewable subscription plan. Length of subscription is for 1 year and allows the user to generate unlimited transactions for that period. Price of subscription is $4.99 a year (US Dollars).

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal is 4.99 (US Dollars).

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
