Use Contracts Finder to search for contracts with the UK Government and its agencies, in England, worth over £10,000.

Searches can be refined by procurement stage, suitability, publication date, and by keywords. Procurement stages include early engagement, future opportunity, opportunity and awarded contracts. These are accessed from the “Settings” screen.

The app will list the UK Government contracts matching the search criteria. The list can be sorted either alphabetically or by publication date. The contracts can be furthered filtered using the “filter results” field.

The user may tap a contract to reveal its details. The details include the buyer, a brief description of the contract, the procurement stage, the publication and closing dates, and the contract value. The user can view the contract on the contract-finders/service website by tapping the “contract details” icon. The user can also email the contract details by tapping the “email” icon. (The user can assign a default email address on the Settings screen.) The user can access the party and tender details from this screen.

The parties’ information can be shown by tapping the “Parties” button. This lists the buyer’s details. From this screen, the user can email or telephone the buyer directly, and access the buyer’s website, and can add the buyer’s details the user’s contacts (listed under “Contracts Finder”.)

The tender information provides further details of the tender, for example, the CPV codes, and any other attached documents.

The user can save contracts from the contracts list, by tapping “edit” and then selecting the required contracts.
