THE CONCEPT
Contrology is a studio that targets the females in Saudi and introduces Pilates in a unique way. Today, His Majesty’s Vision 2030 and the consequent social and economic reforms presents the Saudi female with new opportunities and horizons that did not previously exist. The Saudi female market is now seeking a wider variety of fitness options and we believe that Contrology will provide it with an option that will play a part in enabling individuals grow their self-confidence and attain a state of balance.
