The Cooper&Hunter App is an intuitive platform designed for both product users and Cooper&Hunter climate control equipment technicians and installers, as well as local sales representatives.
Users of the app can view the full current range of Cooper&Hunter products, plan installation and regular maintenance, get convenient technical advice, register a warranty, receive warranty and post-warranty support, and access useful information, documentation, news and offers. This information can be useful in the long-term installation and operation of equipment.
Installers are given their own personal digital account where they can apply for a licence, take professional tests, receive invitations to training at Cooper&Hunter training centres and access technical documentation. The application will save the installer significant time and effort in performing routine tasks: planning installations and service work, direct contact with customers, a register and archive of their own installations, a quick and convenient 'digital' procedure for placing equipment under warranty, a direct communication channel with the service centre for technical advice, spare parts, transfer of equipment for repair, convenient reminders and online services. The app collects customer reviews and displays the installer's rating, licences and certificates to encourage users to contact the professionals in their field.
