- View appointments and tickets in a list, day, week, and month view
- Manage service performed, inventory added, dispatch status, and get customer signature
- Track time for each appointment and ticket, and for each day
- Track inventory by truck or technician location
- Filter appointments on town, service code, ticket type, technician, date, and status
- Quickly review unassigned or unscheduled events, and assign yourself or another tech to them

- Create invoices and process payments on the spot
