COTOHA Call Centerはインターネットを使い、簡単・手軽に場所を問わず顧客への電話応対が可能になる中小企業や店舗さま向けのクラウドコンタクトセンターサービスです。
番号１つで複数人が同時に通話でき、通話相手の情報や通話履歴の確認、社内の情報共有をスムーズに行えます。
お客様がお使いのスマートフォン上でCOTOHA Call Center のPBX機能や電話帳、発着信履歴の機能を利用できます。
