Welcome to the virtual foster home community of all the pure white-hearted creatures that teach us on so many levels how to love and care. Count on me is the first application in Egypt for animals' adoption and pets' inhabitation which serves both parties, pets and adopters. You can count on us if you are looking for either a pet to adopt or if you already have animals or pets looking for a safe shelter.
As simple as it sounds, all you need to do is sign up then create post of pets up for adoption in order to reach foster parents whether in Egypt or abroad. To announce that your animal wants a home, you would need to create a post for the pet mentioning all its characteristics; name, type, age, breed, and gender along with pictures. In addition to this, its is necessary to answer some questions concerning its health conditions and maternity.
It is also very important to mention how you got the pet whether purchased through a pet store, rescued or adopted. You can also mention in the notes more traits about the pet such as children friendly, trained for house security, mostly calm, very active and so on.
On your profile you'll find options to help you follow up with your requests, and you can stay on track of your requested, submitted, and favorite pets or even other people's profiles.
The home page is divided into five main gates; Find a dog, find a cat, find other pets, happy stories, and donations. They do say that pets usually hold a great part of the owner's personality therefore we've made the search pretty easier than ever. You can limit your search by choosing a certain breed, age, gender and more. When finding your perfect match, you can go to the profile that posted the pet and message him to meet and proceed from that point.
Count on me has created a wide network among pets' supporters and protectors; Hence, it is just a connection between pet owners, adopters and donators worldwide. It is meant to make life easier and present a free service for pet lovers. On the news feed, we provide some articles about how to deal with pets and look after them especially with children involved.
Our application gives you a free data base for all available pets which we hope will encourage our vision to refer people towards adopting rather than buying a pet. By that, we are making room for other animals in desperate need of shelter and care.
