We are Court Runner, a Process Server application designed from the ground up to provide an efficient, intuitive, and accessible organized method of serving legal papers to whomever may be concerned. We happily and proudly serve everyone from individuals and startups, mom-and-pop businesses, all the way up to industry giants and law firms.

While the legal system in general can feel like an intimidating complexion of various processes and mechanisms that an ordinary Joe will have trouble even grasping in the first place, we’re here to tell you that that’s really not the case, and help you through one of the most vital and most often overlooked part in legal proceeding.

To put it simply, throughout various legal processes, documents need to be served to concerned parties that need to see the documents; this can be someone needing to show up in court for a hearing, an affidavit, a subpoena, and much more. And that is a process server’s job!

The ‘Process’ of getting through to a licensed process server (where licenses are required) is already a hassle, let alone finding someone reputable and reliable. Your legal documents need to be in good hands, and in order to find these good hands you need to go through a lot of trouble on your end, looking through and putting in an enormous effort on your end to get everything sorted, and the process server, well, serving.

Not only do we have a range of qualified process servers at our disposal 24/7, but we’re also able to pick out the perfect ones for your geographical location, the specific types of documents you’ll be issuing, and we’ll even tell you all of the information that you need to provide us with.

Provide us with the sort of document it is and your geographical location, as well as the recipient’s name and address (or just all the information that you have, if you’re missing a place). Then, let us take care of the rest! We’ll let you know any more specific information you need, and then you’ll get your choice of process servers.

We also have a system for risk level, meaning that you can let us know if you think that the individual or company you’re serving has a risk of running away, or of potential violence. We take this incredibly seriously and have a host of qualified individuals who are also capable of carrying these out.
