Crimson Homes

Crimson Homes is a real estate app.

- It will allow you to view real estate properties in your area close to your location on a map and in a real time updated ordered list based on distance to your current location.

- Each property has access to directions and turn by turn navigation from you current location using phone native map app with the click of a button.

- It will allow you to get notifications when you get close to a property.

- You will be able to view each properties details with photos.

- You will be able to see the listing agent and be able to call and/or email them within the app.

- It will allow you to use your phone's camera to scan QR codes in the Crimson Homes magazine for up-to-date information, videos, prices and directions for its real estate properties listings.

- Crimson Homes app was created specifically to give you access to real estate properties near you on the go. As well as to be able to get real up-to-date information from scanning any Crimson Homes magazine using the built in camera.

- Social integration to allow you to post information about a property or thoughts about the property from inside the app.

Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
