The app supports five key lead statuses to indicate the progression of each lead:
Initial: The agent has received the lead and is starting to work on it.
Proposed: A proposal has been submitted to the client based on their requirements.
Negotiation: The agent and client are discussing and negotiating the budget and terms.
Closed Won: The lead has been successfully converted into a project.
Closed Lost: The lead was unsuccessful or did not result in a project.
This flexible system works for agents in any industry, allowing them to manage their workflow without being bound to a specific sector.
At present, the app does not require a subscription, making it accessible to all users without any upfront or ongoing costs. In the future, we may introduce additional features or subscription models to further enhance the user experience.
