The Driver App allows CTS to better handle same-day bookings, improve on-time performance, and increase passenger trips per hour with increased efficiency.
Available only to Provider Drivers in the CTS network, Drivers can easily communicate with CTS staff in real-time to provide instant updates and manifest changes. Through this real-time communication between Drivers on the road and the CTS offices, we are able to effectively improve the accuracy of information and provide better customer service to passengers.
