We also offer an initial assessment of your habit neurotype which helped us understand the drivers for your previous drinking behaviours. This allows us to ditch the “one size fits all approach” used by other programs and cater more directly to your underlying needs.

We spent 3 years interviewing over 200 individuals and carried out innovative research which resulted in us being published in The British Journal of Psychiatry OPEN and being awarded First Prize at The Royal College of Psychiatrists Annual Addiction Conference for our InnovateUK funded research involving over 5000 users.
In our initial pilot study, over 90% of Curb users achieved their goal of quitting or reducing their drinking. They also enjoyed statistically significant improvements in their mood and anxiety level using clinically validated measurement (PHQ9 and GAD7 scores) .
