MANAGING YOUR BIDS

Bids are auto-saved in “Bid” file. When the bid is accepted by your customer, change the status to “Sold.” Upon completion of the project, change the status to “Complete.”

Each time the status is changed, your original bid appears in only one category.

All “Bid,” “Sold,” and “Completed” jobs are accessible and sortable on your iPhone or any Apple device.

Custom EZ-BID walks you through each step of the bid-creation process.

You can speak or text in your bid information.

Bid categories include Seal Coat, Crack Seal, Striping, Sweeping, Asphalt Repair and Other. (Example: Seal Coat – Click on “Seal Coat”, enter your price per SF, your coverage per SF and your total SF.) Descriptions and item totals appear on the customer’s copy of the bid. Only selected items appear on your customer’s bid.

Using the “Other” category allows you to customize any additional line item(s); i.e., customer requests 25 widgets and 50 gadgets. Simply enter each “Other” line item (25 widgets and 50 gadgets) and respective prices. Description and prices will appear as separate line items on your customer’s written bid and will be auto-calculated and included in the bid total.
