What is it about?

Hello there! I know you may be apprehensive about letting your child use your iPhone in the first place, but you've probably decided that it's OK if you can control what they see. A lot of these apps geared toward children are not exactly what you expect simply because they were designed by someone else that has different ideas about how children learn. This app serves to minimize that gap by letting you create custom flashcards with an option to record your voice and organize them into decks.

App Store Description

Hello there! I know you may be apprehensive about letting your child use your iPhone in the first place, but you've probably decided that it's OK if you can control what they see. A lot of these apps geared toward children are not exactly what you expect simply because they were designed by someone else that has different ideas about how children learn. This app serves to minimize that gap by letting you create custom flashcards with an option to record your voice and organize them into decks.

Features:

Create and manage custom image and video flashcards.
- Record your voice to link the flashcard with a verbal association.
- Designed for babies and toddlers learning to speak.
- Easy UI for little fingers not used to tapping screens.
- Organize your flashcards into decks.
- Add a delay to flashcard cycling to prevent impatient baby fingers from getting carried away into a short attention span.
- Show the flashcards in order or have it randomized to break patterns and reinforce learning.
- Lock the view to prevent your little one from wandering into the settings.

Some ideas for your flashcards:

- Use pictures of your family members and record yourself saying their names
- Illustrate nursery rhymes with images or pictures verse by verse
- Capture videos of things in action and narrate them
- Record audio in another language and learn with your child
- Make your own oral stories with some doodles
- Have fun and be creative! If it has your voice, your kid will love it.
