Welcome to the CW Labs Tracker!  

PARTICIPATE IN RESEARCH WITH CW LABS  
CW Labs is collecting real-world consumer experiences in a HIPAA compliant, easy-to-navigate user interface. Within the app, you’ll be able to track your personal experiences using Charlotte’s WebTM products. After you register to participate in our research studies, you’ll be able to join our community of participants to share your experiences with Charlotte’s Web and full-spectrum hemp extracts by answering a series of questions.

HOW DO I PARTICIPATE
Study participants are pre-screened and invited to download the app. Upon download, participants are asked to verify their identity using unique tokens provided at the time of invite. Participants must complete and pass an inclusion/exclusion survey prior to admission into their prospective study.

WHAT DATA IS BEING COLLECTED?
Based on the study in which you participate, a particular study may need relevant information about you from your Health app (e.g., step counts). If this is the case, you will be asked to grant access to this data within the app. Your personal information will not be used for marketing purposes; however, the completed survey information, which will be stripped of any personal or identifying information, may appear in Charlotte’s Web marketing materials in the future. We’ll only be collecting data on your experiences based on what you share. Similar to many survey-based research experiences, the app will ask questions and you’ll be able to provide answers. You’ll also be invited to track specific details of your Charlotte’s Web journey within the app. The information you share will be analyzed by our team of CW Labs research analysts and shared with Charlotte’s Web.
