This app is an extra way in which you can raise a concern confidentially with the Trust Freedom to Speak Up Guardian Andrea Hughes who will look into your concern and oversee the response.
Please remember that if you do not tell us who you are it will be more difficult for us to look into the matter, and we will not be able to provide you with additional support or to give you feedback. CWP recognises how difficult it might be for you to raise a concern about something you have seen or heard and will seek to ensure that you are offered appropriate support throughout the procedure. If you ask us not to disclose your identity, we will not do so without your consent unless required by law.
Don’t wait for proof. We would like you to raise the matter while it is still a concern. It doesn’t matter if you turn out to be mistaken as long as you are genuinely troubled.
