- Create public or private divisions/groups, meaning anyone can join or only select members
- Upload videos on your profile to show proof that your lift is real (group/division owners can remove users to eliminate cheating!)
- All exercises available: Bench, Squat, Deadlift, Total Run Distance (mi), Pull Ups, Vertical Jump, and Hip Thrusts
