We use the most delicious ingredients from all over Japan.
We serve a fusion of French and Japanese cuisine.　
Our vegetables are purchased fresh from farmers every day,
and our seafood is delivered directly from my friend who lives in seaside.
Every morning,I will come picking wild herbs and flowers go to the woodlands with my dog.
Our intimate restaurant has only eight counter-seats,
so please reserve in advance.
When you come to Kyoto for sightseeing or business, please visit us !

京都で一番小さなお店。

富山氷見漁港直送の魚介と朝取り野菜のフレンチダイニングです。
氷見から毎日届く魚介類と毎朝通う農家さんのお野菜、愛犬と一緒に歩く里山で摘んだ野草などが主な食材です。
フランス帰りなので、フレンチのお店としてスタートしましたが、日々の食材に合わせてメニューを構成していくうちに、お寿司やパスタなども取り入れたフュージョン料理になっております。

最高の食材にひと手間かけて、なにげなく、そっとお出ししたい...
