The anxiety diary section allows you to record your thoughts and experiences. Each note includes a small questionnaire to help you gain a deeper understanding of your condition. Don't forget to add the date!
Calendar
Look at your emotional progress on a monthly calendar. Each day you completed the questionnaire will be marked with circles:
Depressed state.
Manic state.
Irritable state.
Anxiety state
This will help you track changes in your mood and identify patterns.
Current Day
On the Current Day screen, you will find a short questionnaire about your mood. Answer one question by selecting one of four options to record your state. All data is saved and displayed in the calendar.
Orientation Screen
Before you start, you'll see intuitive phrases to help you understand how the app works. You can scroll through them or go straight to the main functionality.
