First you have to dig a whole new route for the river and then the river will be diverted. Once the river is diverted you have to transport all the heavy machines like Excavator, Crane, Road Roller, Mixer and many other vehicles to the construction spot.

Each level will be unique and different so you have to follow the instructions carefully and complete all the tasks step-by-step. Dig for laying the pillars and then you have to transport the mixer and build the foundation. Transport various goods required. Transport the dam parts and place it using a heavy crane. Once you have placed the dam parts, you need to transport and place more of the dam parts. Complete the dam construction and then divert the river back to the dam.
