ويقدم التطبيق أيضا خدمة بيع عقارات الملاك أو تأجيرها، وهنا يجد العديد من الملاك صعوبة في إيجاد مكتب عقاري او شخص يتم الوثوق فيه وتسليمه مفاتيح العقار لبيعه أو تأجيره فلذلك وفرنا خدمة الوساطة العقارية لملاك العقار لبيع أو تأجير عقاراتهم من خلال خدمة ازهلها، بعد التقديم على الخدمة يتواصل مع المالك احد المكاتب العقارية الشريكة لنا وسيتم استلام مفاتيح العقار من المالك وهو في منزله وسيتولى المكتب عملية تسويق العقار وبيعه أو تأجيره بطريقة احترافية.

ومن ضمن مزايا التطبيق الإضافية خدمات ما بعد البيع وتتمثل في برنامج الولاء ( عون ) فعلاقتنا مع العميل لا تنتهي بمجرد شراء أو استئجار العقار فبرنامج عون يعين ويوفر على العميل العديد من التكاليف، فالبرنامج عبارة عن خصومات خاصة لعملاء التطبيق في متاجر لها علاقة بالعقار بشكل مباشر كشركات الهندسة والتصميم المعماري وشركات مواد البناء وشركات الأثاث وشركات الالكترونيات وشركات الصيانة المنزلية والعديد من الشركات التي تُعِين العميل على بناء وتجهيز واستخدام الوحدة العقارية.

The application also provides the service of selling or renting the owners property, and here many owners find it difficult to find an agent who can be trusted and hand over the keys of the property to sell or rent it, so we provided a real estate brokerage service for owners to sell or rent their properties through Ezhalha service, when you request this service one of our trusted agent will contact you and receive the keys from you while you’re at home and take over the process of marketing the property in a professional way and selling or renting it.

The app provide after-sales/rent services, represented in the loyalty program (Awn), as our relationship with the customer doesn’t end once the property is purchased or rented. AWN program helps our clients and saves many costs, as the client benefit of many discounts in different fields Such as Electronics, Furniture, Design and Engineering, Home services, Building materials, Maintenance companies, Gardens & Nurseries and many companies that help the client to build, furnishing and use the property.
