Dash Mall delivery

"Dash is an e-commerce platform where all your fashion, groceries and alcohol needs can be met.

DELIVERIES
Dash will make use of motorbikes, minibus taxis and automobiles to safely deliver your goods. Deliveries will be made on the same day that the order is placed and payment is received by the vendor. Delivery time will vary depending on the kilometers between the centre your order is being dispatched from and your delivery address.

DELIVERY FEE
There will be a delivery fee charged onto each purchase made. The fee will be based on kilometers and a minimum fee of R30. For instance, assuming a delivery fee of R9 per kilometer and the customer placing the order is 10 kilometers away from the centre the delivery fee will be worked out as follows: R30 + (R9* 10km) = R120. This will be the delivery fee that will be added onto your total purchase price of your items.

PAYMENT METHODS
Dash will accept all cheque and credit card payments.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Dash will follow the return and exchange policy from which the customer made a purchase. Say a customer purchased an item from Store X, Dash will then follow Store X's return and exchange policy. It will be the customer's responsibility to go to Store X with the item they wish to return or exchange for further assistance.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Dash will facilitate the handing over of all queries to the relevant vendors for resolution. We will use whichever methods best suits the customer either a phone call, email or WhatsApp.

PARCEL WEIGHT & SIZE RESTRICTIONS
There will be no weight or size restrictions on the orders made as we will be making use of motorbikes, automobiles and minibus taxis to effectively handle deliveries. "
