Mobile Forms is designed for covering existing and new Microsoft Word documents into mobile versions compatible with your mobile devices. Using the free Word add-in, simply specify the areas of your document you want to capture data in. Add text boxes, drop-down lists, check boxes and other elements. The documents remain printable in their current state but when published to Mobile Forms they come to life, allowing your users to enter data in the way you want them to. You can even capture photos, QR codes and RFID tag data onto the forms.

Once complete, submitted forms are turned into PDF renditions and automatically emailed to your chosen team or individual.

What's more, all of the data entered is available to download as a spreadsheet.

We also offer integration services to send completed forms to your SharePoint system and can transfer data to and from your ERP environment.
