DCIIA Events

DCIIA's mission is to provide a forum for industry participants to enhance the employer-based defined contribution system, emphasizing access, innovation, best practices and institutional approaches, with the goal of improving financial security for America's workers.
Our educational events provide opportunities for members to network and learn from each other as well as hearing from thought leaders in academia, government, and non-profit organizations.
We kick off each calendar year with the DCIIA Innovation Forum, which focuses on topics driving the future of our industry and features expert speakers from our member firms. The Membership Meeting, our annual member business meeting, coincides with the Innovation Forum. The location for this event changes each year.
The DCIIA Public Policy Forum, held each April in Washington, DC, features policy makers, legislative and regulatory experts, and nonprofit leaders to discuss ways to improve the retirement security of America's workers through the retirement savings system.
The DCIIA Academic Forum brings together leading academics and industry practitioners for discussions about retirement-related research and improving outcomes in defined contribution plans. This Forum is held in the fall and the location changes each year
