What is it about?

Through delifrenz app, users/buyers in delifrenz community are able to place orders, complete the purchase including make payment via payment gateway by way of credit card and online banking. Users/Buyers are also able to monitor the fulfilment process until the completion of the order. When placing orders, users/buyers can choose any one of the fulfilment modes available as offered by vendors including delivery, pick up, dine in and post. Users/Buyers may also place an order as a gift for another user (recipient). During the fulfilment process, users/buyers are able to get into group chat with vendor and courier (and recipient who is receiving the order as a gift) within the same order, without the need of using other communication platforms, thereby ensuring the smoothness of fulfilment process. Users/Buyers may also seek assistance by starting a chat with delifrenz care centre in the respective orders. In this updated version, users can now shop for food, groceries, new and pre-owned items as well as view advertisements for vehicles and properties.
