Desi Gyaan

Brace yourselves, there's a Desi game in town. Gather your desi friends and your filmy family members, there's a new game in the App Store and it will rule over your device.

Desi Gyaan is a group, social game. Play it with your friends, family and random desi strangers at the gol gappa station. It's similar to charades but you can actually sing and say words but not the actual words.

Here's how it goes.

1. Open the app and choose the category you like. Hold your phone against your maatha so that the screen is not touching your oily forehead.

2. Get your yaars to sit or stand or kneel or bow down in front of you. What position your friends are in doesn't matter as long as they can see what's on your screen.

3. There will be a desi word/phrase on your sexy I-Device. Your friend's job is to act, sing, mimic, dance. All these actions are not random. Nah No Never. These are clues for you to guess what's actually written on your maatha.

4. Now when you guess it correctly and your friends are like, "Haan haan sahi hain", tilt your phone so that your screen is facing down. This will register your guess as correct.

5. In case your friends are like, "Abey chor tu tujhse nahi hoga", give up on the phrase and tilt your phone so that your screen faces towards the Maa Lakshmi looking down at you with a disappointed look. This will let you move on to the next clue. Maybe you'll be able to redeem yourself.

6. Do not take your sweet sweet time. You only have 60 seconds. Guess as many clues as you can. After 60 secs, check your score and share it with your other desi friends. Share the game with your friends too for extra Karma points.

You'll never get bored of the same old phrases because ek toh we have added a lot of phrases, maa kasam. Secondly, we are adding more.
