We studied meditation techniques from across the world, from Tibetan to Sufi. Using what we learnt, researched, practised and tested, we made meditation modules for 6 emotions ranging between “I’m not so good”, “I’m okay”, “I’m good”, “I’m stressed”, "I’m anxious” and “I’m sad”. So if you’re feeling angry, or stressed or sad, through dhyana meditation we have a way of making you feel balanced again.

Dhyana is also here to guide you through three key steps of meditation:

Breathing
Senses your breathing and tells you how focused you are on your breath.

Relaxation
A live wave that reveals the state of mind. Calm your mind and still the wave.

Focus
An intelligent guide who understands how you are feeling and trains you to focus better.
