TOLC launched its activities in 2005 and since then it has been active in the fields of designing various English language courses, standardising language learning courses in various educational centres and institutes by the help of its experienced Education Team and producing written examinations aimed at evaluating students' linguistic competence and performance based on scientific principles.
All these years, availing ourselves of experienced teachers in carrying out new teaching methods, having a precise documented and disciplined programming in offering functional courses and maintaining educational quality and standards have all provided this educational centre with its present vantage point.

Today there are only two institutes, namely Nasim-e Danesh-Fara and Gouyesh-e Tarvij-e Pars Skills Training Centres, that offer their educational programs under the license of Tehran Oxford to the interested Iranians.
