使用者可以選擇並設定成自己最常購買的商家名稱。
使用者選好要購買的商品清單後，僅需輸入基本的聯絡資訊，透過電子郵件或簡訊傳送給商家，商家再與買家聯繫，確認出貨及收款事宜。
「訂購便」包含四個部份
商家本身使用：視窗版 進銷存主系統
商家客戶使用：網站及兩個APP，共三種訂購子系統
