Digihyvinvointi (LUVN)

The Digital Wellbeing application enables public health care Chat Appointments using your phone. In the first stage, health centre services will be available for residents of Karkkila, Vihti, Lohja and Espoo. Espoo residents are also offered maternity and child health clinic and student health care services.

Would you like to ask a nurse or doctor for advice on issues related to your health? Chat Appointment allows you to talk to a nurse or doctor about the symptoms or topics that concern you. You will get care instructions and, if necessary, a prescription or referral for further examinations. You can also renew your prescriptions via Chat Appointment, or act on behalf of your dependent who is under 14 years of age.

You can use the application to:

- discuss with a nurse or doctor from your health centre and get care instructions, a prescription or a referral (residents of Espoo, Karkkila, Lohja and Vihti)
- discuss with a maternity clinic nurse (residents of Espoo)
- discuss with a student health care nurse (residents of Espoo).

The application will be introduced throughout Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County in stages.

To use the service, you need to verify your identify with the suomi.fi identification service using your online banking credentials, certificate card or mobile ID.
