Digital Monitoring System

The DMS App is a free mobile application developed and maintained by Dynamic Solution Innovators Ltd. (DSi) for the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE), Bangladesh, with funding support from UNICEF.
The Digital Monitoring System (DMS) application is designed to streamline the monitoring, evaluation, and reporting processes across secondary and higher education institutions in Bangladesh. This app enables monitoring officers to conduct various types of monitoring activities, including classroom monitoring, general monitoring, and office monitoring, related to secondary and higher education.
Monitoring officers can use the app to create monitoring plans, conduct evaluations using pre-designed monitoring forms, and view detailed reports to make informed decisions. Additionally, the app provides features such as receiving notifications and accessing an integrated contact module for administrative users.
Institution heads can use the app to set geo-locations for their institutions, enhancing the accuracy of monitoring activities. The DMS app is a vital tool for improving efficiency and decision-making in education monitoring.

Any monitoring officer can check out the history of submitted institution or office monitoring survey form
Any monitoring officer can see all draft data and continue its execution without internet connection.
Any monitoring officer can search institutions using its Location or EIIN, and can use filters to select a particular institution or office.
Any monitoring officer can add a monitoring plan and start monitoring.
Any administrative user can get contact information of the system users.
Any Institution head can set the geolocation of their institution.

This application retrieves data from the integrated system DSHE, DMS. Moreover, this application does not make use of third-party services that could gather data used to identify you.
Local Storage
The application uses local databases as local storage while using the application. Once the information is submitted by the monitoring officers, the local storage is cleaned up.
